We operate online only. We do not operate a public retail shopfront, showroom or customer pickup location for this online store.

MZW Business Technology Store supplies business technology accessories, connectivity products, workstation peripherals, adapters, cables, docks, hubs and related hardware.

Product descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility details and availability are provided in good faith.

We aim to keep product information accurate, but product specifications, images, packaging, availability, supplier information, manufacturer details and product features may change without notice.

Customers are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for their intended use, device, system, workplace environment and compatibility requirements before purchase.

For business, education, MSP, bulk or multi-unit orders, we recommend contacting us before ordering so product suitability, stock, freight and availability can be reviewed.

Compatibility and Product Suitability

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

We may review an order before accepting the order, capturing payment, dispatching goods or confirming fulfilment.

If payment has already been captured and we cancel all or part of an order, we will refund the affected amount.

Business, procurement, education, MSP, bulk and multi-unit orders may require manual review before fulfilment.

  • freight confirmation

  • product suitability review

  • compatibility review

  • delivery location review

  • business address or loading dock requirements

  • quote or purchase order requirements

  • staged delivery requirements

  • alternate product recommendations

Pricing and Taxes

Prices are shown in Australian dollars.

Where applicable, prices include GST.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

We may update prices, promotions, shipping rates and product availability without notice.

If a product is incorrectly priced or a pricing error occurs, we may contact you before fulfilment, cancel the affected item, offer an alternative, or refund the affected amount if payment has already been captured.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Payment may be authorised when an order is placed.

MZW Business Technology store may manually capture payment after order review and before fulfilment.

An order is not confirmed for dispatch until payment, availability and fulfilment checks are complete.

We may refuse or cancel an order if payment is declined, payment cannot be verified, the transaction appears suspicious, or the order is flagged for fraud, address, compliance or payment review.

Shipping and Delivery

MZW Business Technology Store currently ships online store orders within Australia only.

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and apply after order review, payment processing, supplier availability confirmation and fulfilment processing.

Some products, high-value orders, bulk orders, business orders or supplier-sourced products may require manual shipping confirmation before dispatch.

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless confirmed by us separately in writing.

Returns, Replacements, Refunds and Warranty

Returns, replacements, refunds and warranty requests are handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy and applicable law.

Manufacturer warranties may apply to some products. Manufacturer warranties are in addition to, and do not replace, any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact MZW Business Technology Store before returning any product.

Products sent back without prior contact may be delayed while we match the item to your order and assess the return request. Where we cannot identify, verify or process an unauthorised return, the item may be returned to sender.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
