Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from MZW Business Technology Store, an online store operated by MZW PTY LIMITED.

MZW Business Technology Store currently ships online store orders within Australia only.

This policy applies to products purchased from https://mzw.com.au, including business technology accessories, connectivity products, workstation peripherals, adapters, cables, docks, hubs and related hardware.

We operate online only. We do not operate a public retail shopfront, showroom or customer pickup location for this online store.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia.

International shipping is not available through the online checkout at this stage.

If international shipping becomes available later, additional duties, taxes, customs requirements, product restrictions and delivery conditions may apply.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Our standard launch shipping options are:

  • Standard tracked business delivery: 5–8 business days, A$16.50 inc GST

  • Priority tracked business delivery, where available: 3–5 business days, A$24.95 inc GST

  • Free standard tracked business delivery for eligible orders over A$550 inc GST

Shipping options, prices and estimated delivery timeframes may vary depending on product availability, delivery address, order size, carrier availability and whether manual review is required before fulfilment.

Dispatch and Processing Timeframes

For products that are available and do not require manual review, we aim to process orders promptly after order confirmation.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimated total delivery timeframes and may include processing, dispatch and carrier transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.

Some orders may take longer to process where stock, supplier availability, freight method, payment, address, product suitability or business procurement requirements need to be confirmed before fulfilment.

Dispatch timeframes are estimates only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Order Review Before Fulfilment

Some orders may be reviewed before fulfilment. This may include:

  • supplier-sourced products

  • business or procurement orders

  • bulk or multi-unit orders

  • high-value orders

  • orders requiring stock or availability confirmation

  • orders requiring manual shipping or freight confirmation

  • orders requiring product suitability or compatibility review

  • orders flagged for payment, address or fraud review

Payment may be authorised at checkout before the order is fulfilled. MZW Business Technology Store may manually review the order before capturing payment, dispatching goods or confirming fulfilment.

If a product is unavailable, delayed, discontinued, incorrectly priced, unsuitable for fulfilment, or requires a revised shipping arrangement, we will contact you before dispatch.

Carriers and Tracking

Orders may be shipped using Australia Post, StarTrack, courier services, supplier-direct freight, distributor delivery services or another suitable carrier depending on the product, destination and order requirements.

Tracking details will be provided where available.

Carrier selection is at our discretion unless a specific freight method has been agreed with us in writing before order fulfilment.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only.

As a general guide:

Standard tracked business delivery: 5–8 business days

Priority tracked business delivery, where available: 3–5 business days

Remote, regional, bulky, heavy, supplier-direct or special-handling deliveries may take longer.

Actual delivery times may vary due to supplier availability, carrier delays, public holidays, delivery location, weather events, incorrect address details, access restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless we have confirmed this separately in writing.

Business Address Deliveries

We can ship to business addresses, offices, education institutions, reception areas, mailrooms and other commercial locations within Australia.

For business deliveries, please ensure the delivery address includes:

  • business or organisation name

  • recipient name

  • phone number

  • full street address

  • unit, floor, suite or building details where relevant

  • delivery instructions for reception, loading dock, goods-in or mailroom access where applicable

MZW Business Technology Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete, incorrect or inaccessible delivery details supplied by the customer.

Bulk, Multi-Unit and Procurement Orders

Bulk, multi-unit, education, MSP, office refresh and procurement orders may require separate freight arrangements.

This may include:

  • manual freight quote

  • supplier-direct delivery

  • staged delivery

  • business address confirmation

  • loading dock or goods-in requirements

  • delivery appointment requirements

  • carrier restrictions

  • additional freight charges

Our standard launch shipping rates are:

Standard tracked business delivery: A$16.50 inc GST, 5–8 business days

Priority tracked business delivery, where available: A$24.95 inc GST, 3–5 business days

Free standard tracked business delivery for eligible orders over A$550 inc GST

Some products, heavy items, bulky items, supplier-direct products or multi-unit orders may require manual shipping confirmation.

If this applies, we will contact you before the order is dispatched.

Where a revised freight charge is required, we will advise you before fulfilment so you can decide whether to proceed, amend or cancel the affected order.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address, contact name, email address and phone number are correct when placing your order.

MZW Business Technology Store is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, redelivery fees or lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after processing or dispatch has started.

Authority to Leave and Delivery Access

Some carriers may offer authority-to-leave or unattended delivery options.

If you provide delivery instructions authorising a carrier to leave goods unattended, you accept the risk of loss, theft or damage after delivery is recorded by the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

For business, education or procurement orders, we recommend using a staffed delivery address where goods can be received securely.

Missing, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

If your order appears to be missing, delayed, damaged in transit, or delivered with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • order number

  • delivery address

  • photos of any damaged packaging or product

  • details of what is missing or damaged

  • any carrier tracking information available

We may need to verify the issue with the carrier, supplier or manufacturer before confirming the next step.

Please keep all packaging and shipping materials until the issue has been reviewed.

Supplier Availability

Some products may be sourced through suppliers, distributors or manufacturer channels. Availability can change without notice.

If a product cannot be supplied within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer you one or more of the following options:

  • wait for the item to become available

  • choose an alternative product

  • cancel the affected item

  • receive a refund for the affected item if payment has already been captured
